Brian M. Glodosky has a broad-ranging practice. Prior to joining Dudley and Smith, P.A., Brian worked primarily as a criminal prosecutor in Winona, Minnesota, but also focused on Bankruptcy matters, Estate Planning, and Family Law. While attending William Mitchell College of Law, Brian worked for the Public Defender’s Office and Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services on Landlord-Tenant issues.
In addition to Bankruptcy, Family Law, and Criminal law, Brian also handles civil consumer matters, contractual issues, litigation of all types and real estate matters. Brian feels most at home in a courtroom and will zealously represent clients on matters from start to finish. Every matter he takes on will be handled with diligence, skill and the highest ethical standards. Brian is happy to meet with clients at any of Dudley and Smith’s metro offices and provide a free consultation for most matters.
In addition to his career, Brian is married to his college sweetheart, Kerry. Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, Colby, as well as frequenting the many excellent dog parks in the metro area. Brian is also an avid sports fan and loves to travel.
