Michael J. Burke
Michael
J. (“Mike”) Burke, a life-long resident of St. Paul, graduated from the
University of Minnesota in 1976 and received his law degree from William
Mitchell College of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota, in 1986.
Mike
practices in the areas of Estate Planning (including Wills, Trusts, Powers
of Attorney), Probate, Real Estate, Guardianships/Conservatorships, and
related litigation.
He
is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and Ramsey County Bar
Association, and is co-chair of the Ramsey County Bar Association’s
“Families First” day, an annual free picnic-type event for children from
various St. Paul schools and their family members.
Mike
is also a Rule 114 Qualified Neutral who can act as a neutral mediator for
parties in a contested situation who, instead of going to trial, would like
to try and resolve their dispute through the use of alternative dispute
resolution (ADR).
