Mark K. Thompson
mark K. Thompson began his legal career with Dudley and Smith in 1999 when he joined the firm as a new associate. Mark focuses his practice of law on business litigation, general litigation and appellate work. From time to time, Mark will also assist clients in business formations, sales and other transactions. The major share of Mark's caseload is multi-party, complex litigation, contract litigation and shareholder disputes in closely-held corporations. Mark believes that as an attorney he must fully understand each client's needs and interests; and represent every individual client's dispute with the zealousness and tenacity it deserves.
