Stephanie M. Wolf is an experienced Minnesota family law attorney with ample court and appellate court experience, dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate some of life’s most challenging transitions with clarity, strategy, and compassion. Her practice focuses on divorce, child custody and parenting time, child and spousal support, adoption, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and domestic abuse matters. She has also handled appellate cases which settled favorably for her client. Stephanie is known for her ability to handle complex and high-conflict cases while remaining focused on practical solutions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. 

Stephanie brings a well-rounded perspective to her practice, shaped by experience in private practice, the judicial system, and legal education. She previously served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Laurence J. Stratton in Minnesota’s Eighth Judicial District, where she drafted trial court orders and gained an in-depth understanding of civil and criminal procedure. This behind-the-bench experience informs her litigation strategy and provides valuable insight into how courts evaluate family law disputes.

She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Saint Mary’s College of Notre Dame, graduating early with honors.

Stephanie has been recognized as a Minnesota Monthly Rising Star Attorney in 2023, 2024, and 2025. She is actively involved in the legal community through organizations including the Minnesota Lavender Bar Association and Family Law League, and she is the co-founder of the Twin Cities Toy Drive.
